Producer of future ammunition and innovative defensive solutions

Welcome to Danish Defence Supply

From factory dust to future ammunition

Danish Defence Supply, a 100% Danish-owned company, has an ambition to produce top-quality ammunition for various types of weapons. We have a high-tech production line capable of manufacturing ammunition for nearly every type of weapon, including the most demanding types of ammunition.

The ambition is to enable the mounting and installation of various types of ammunition for defensive purposes directly on modern battlefield platforms such as tanks, self-propelled artillery, and vehicles. The goal is to be one of Europe’s leading suppliers of ammunition and innovative defensive solutions.

Local production and global influence

At Danish Defence Supply, we are working to revive the gunpowder factory in Elling in Northern Jutland. We aim to take responsibility for the existing production facilities – and expand them with new technology. We plan to re-establish local production of Danish ammunition using Danish labour and Danish subcontractors. Initially, this will serve the Danish Defense, but eventually, it will extend to the whole of Europe as well as NATO partners.

The heart of Danish defense security

At Danish Defence Supply, we believe that security is more than just the product – it’s also about having control and expertise in Danish hands. By keeping production within the country’s borders, we ensure not only high quality and reliability but also a rapid and agile response capability crucial in critical situations.

Our commitment to preserving and strengthening Danish defense goes hand in hand with our dedication to bolstering the local economy and creating jobs in Denmark. We believe that by keeping the key to our national security in Danish hands, we strengthen not only our defense capability but also our economy and independence.
